Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Tuned Tensor Limited provides infrastructure for fine-tuning, evaluating, and versioning open-weight language models. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Tuned Tensor Limited is the controller for account, billing, support, website, and service administration data. Where a customer submits datasets, behaviour specs, prompts, outputs, or model artifacts that contain personal data, we process that content to provide the requested service and may act as a processor for that customer.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication provider profile details.
- Product data you submit, including behaviour specs, examples, datasets, run metadata, evaluation results, and model records.
- Billing information handled through our payment processor, such as checkout status, credit balances, and transaction history.
- Technical data, such as API requests, logs, device/browser metadata, and security events needed to operate the service.
- Support and communications data, such as messages you send us, feedback, and operational correspondence.
Beta Data Restrictions
During beta, you must not submit personal data, special-category data, regulated data, production customer data, trade secrets, or other confidential information unless we have agreed in writing that Tuned Tensor can process that data for your use case. This keeps the beta service focused on evaluation and reduces unnecessary privacy and security risk.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential first-party cookies and browser storage to provide login sessions, security controls, billing checkout flows, saved interface preferences, and your cookie consent choice. These are necessary for the service and cannot be switched off in the app.
We use analytics only if you opt in. Analytics helps us understand aggregate product usage and improve Tuned Tensor. If you reject analytics, the analytics component is not loaded.
You can update your optional analytics preference at any time: .
How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, debug, and improve Tuned Tensor.
- To run compilation, training, evaluation, billing, and versioning workflows that you request.
- To communicate about support, account issues, security notices, and product updates.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Lawful Bases
We rely on contract where processing is needed to provide the service you request, legitimate interests for security, debugging, service improvement, and business administration, legal obligation for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory duties, and consent for optional analytics cookies or similar technologies.
Service Providers
Tuned Tensor Limited uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, model training, inference, and operational monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to support the service. Our current subprocessor list is available at /subprocessors.
International Transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections for these transfers.
Data Retention
We retain account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We generally retain operational logs for up to 90 days, cookie consent records for up to 180 days, and billing, tax, and accounting records for as long as required by law. Datasets, runs, and model artifacts can be deleted on request, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud, billing, or dispute reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. You can contact us to make a privacy request. We aim to respond to privacy rights requests within one month, unless a lawful extension applies.
Complaints
We would like the chance to resolve privacy concerns first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent data protection authority.
