These terms govern access to Tuned Tensor, a platform operated by Tuned Tensor Limited for fine-tuning, evaluating, and versioning open-weight language models. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for your account, API keys, datasets, behaviour specs, prompts, outputs, and models. You must use Tuned Tensor in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any model, infrastructure, or data provider involved in your workflow.

Customer Content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant Tuned Tensor Limited the rights needed to host, process, transmit, train on, evaluate, and store that content solely to provide and improve the service and support your requested workflows.

Model Licenses and Publication

Tuned Tensor fine-tunes supported open-weight base models under the license terms published by each model provider. You may publish, share, or upload fine-tuned model artifacts, including to third-party model registries such as Hugging Face, only where permitted by the applicable base model license, provider terms, and rights in your training data. You are responsible for preserving required notices, attribution, model cards, downstream use restrictions, and any naming or disclosure requirements that apply to the base model or dataset. You must not publish models that contain or reveal confidential information, personal data, or content you are not permitted to distribute.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, compromise security, abuse infrastructure, or submit data you do not have permission to process. We may suspend access if use creates risk for Tuned Tensor Limited, customers, providers, or the public.

Billing and Credits

Tuned Tensor Limited uses prepaid credits for successful training runs. Pricing, supported models, and billing behaviour are described in the public pricing page and documentation. Failed runs are not charged unless stated otherwise in the product.

Availability and Changes

The service may change as the product, providers, and supported models evolve. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product reasons.

Disclaimers

Tuned Tensor is provided as-is and as-available by Tuned Tensor Limited. Model outputs, evaluation scores, and fine-tuning results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case. You are responsible for testing and validating models before deployment.
